The awards honor companies in Colorado that show dedication to their employees' growth and quality of life. Finalists were selected by the Best Companies Group and ModernThink, LLC using data gathered from an employer questionnaire and employee survey to determine each company's strengths and opportunities. To be eligible for consideration, companies must have at least 25 employees and a facility in the state of Colorado.
